My opponent created TKES.
We must get rid of the ‘gotcha’ tool driving teachers out of our profession & replace it w/ a tool supporting the growth of teachers throughout their professional careers -- from 1st yr teacher to teacher leader.

PROVEN LEADERSHIP.
Time and again, Richard Woods has stood up for Georgia’s students and fought against Washington overreach – and won. 🥊
He’s led the charge for common sense. #gapol

Teachers, take advantage of this great opportunity!GaDOE is awarding $1,496,992 to 14 RESA and higher education program providers to help teachers obtain dyslexia endorsements and support students with dyslexia, State School Superintendent Richard Woods announced today.
“Students’ future options increase exponentially when they master reading, a foundational skill that every child in Georgia should learn,” Superintendent Woods said. “These grants support dyslexia professional development initiatives across the state by providing Georgia public school teachers with opportunities to receive the training to improve reading success for all students, including students with dyslexia.”
